As we wind up 2023 and begin planning for 2024 we thought we’d take this opportunity to reflect on what an incredible year in property it has been.
As a company we have been able to learn, adapt and effectively communicate with thousands of clients which has resulted in some incredible achievements this year.
In 2023, the Elders network sold 11,050 properties at a total value of $7.35 billion, had 9,221,826 website page views and had 73,552 properties under management.
Team Recognition
Celebrating our people has always been a focus for the Elders group, and this year was no exception.
In 2023, we welcomed over 720 guests to celebrate their outstanding achievements with five Annual Awards evenings held around the country.
During the evenings, a record number of 23 agents were awarded Masters Club status, 36 received Premier recognition and an amazing 75 agents were elevated to Elite status.
The Elders Family
As the upward trajectory of our multi-office network continues, we have invested heavily in an open arms team environment that reflects the exemplary customer service we provide to our clients.
As well as placing a spotlight on our people and culture, we added 130 new team members to the Elders family.
Gathering to Grow
Our National Conference GROW was held on the Gold Coast this year was a huge success, recording record breaking attendance.
Held over two days and with growth top of mind, we welcomed over 250 enthusiastic attendees to develop their personal and professional skills, while they also enjoyed networking with each other and having plenty of fun.
The top performers for 2023 were also rewarded with a private sunset cruise along the beautiful Gold Coast.
Continuous improvement
With a return to in-person training this year, we placed saw network training as of high importance this year.
We held over 150 training sessions for our network and joined forces with developing technology partners such as Realtair, RITA, and Campaign Agent to make the process of buying and selling with Elders seamless.
We also delivered a major brand awareness campaign which specifically focused on the perception of the Elders brand.

We’re both humbled and excited at what we, as the Elders network, were able to achieve in 2023. Our knowledgeable and approachable nature resulted in some spectacular company results and the sale of some truly breathtaking properties.
We are so proud of what our agents, property managers, SSO staff and business owners have been able to achieve. From personal development to record results, it has been a huge year for the Elders brand, and we can’t wait to see what 2024 has in store.
