The 2024 Elders Real Estate awards season recently concluded, drawing hundreds together to celebrate a year of remarkable achievements. Events were held in stunning venues across each state from February through to April, awarding top offices, agents, property managers and support staff for their outstanding performance.
A highlight of the celebrations was the induction of 26 agents into the prestigious ‘Masters Club,’ the highest accolade an Elders agent can attain. Representing all states and territories, as well as both urban and rural sales, these agents have distinguished themselves as some of the finest in the country.
Elders’ General Manager – Residential Real Estate and Brand, Belinda Connor, expressed her pride in the teams, describing the events as a wonderful opportunity to recognise top performers across the network.
“The Elders Real Estate awards season is a celebration of excellence and the incredible dedication of our teams,” Belinda said.
“Each agent, property manager, and support staff member has contributed to our outstanding results, and it’s a privilege to honour their achievements.
“The Masters Club induction is particularly special, as it represents the pinnacle of success in our industry and showcases the extraordinary talent we are fortunate to have in the Elders network.”
Beyond the Masters Club, 38 Elders agents attained ‘Premier’ status, and 87 achieved ‘Elite’ status, which both signify exceptional individual performance.
In total, a remarkable 477 awards were presented to Elders personnel during the awards season.
