The 2024 REIT Awards for Excellence, held on the 19th of October at the Country Club in Launceston, celebrated the achievements of top real estate professionals and agencies across Tasmania. Elders had an outstanding performance, with teams and individuals across the state recognised for their excellence in real estate.
Elders Tasmania, consisting of Hobart, Launceston, Devonport, Swansea and Kingston, took home four prestigious awards at the REIT Awards for Excellence.
The Launceston team took home the prestigious Commercial Agency of the Year award for the sixth consecutive year (previously Knight Frank Tasmania), highlighting the consistent strength of the Elders team in commercial real estate.
The success didn’t stop there. Staff across Tasmania also secured four individual awards, a reflection of the national network’s high standards across various sectors of the property industry:

– Business Broker of the Year – Matthew Wallace
– Commercial Salesperson of the Year – Trevor Fox
– Residential Property Manager of the Year – Toby Orders
