The annual Elders Real Estate awards season has just come to a close, with thousands coming together to celebrate the achievements of 2023.
There were events held in each state over March with record numbers in attendance.
Across the five events, an outstanding 21 agents were inducted into the exclusive ‘Masters Club’, which is the highest honour an Elders agent can achieve. Masters Club agents are recognised as some of the best agents across Australia, and represent all states and territories, and both urban and rural sales.
Elders General Manager Residential Real Estate and Brand Belinda Connor said the awards nights are an outstanding opportunity to recognise top performing agents, property managers and support staff across the country.
“We are so proud of all of our teams and it is always a pleasure to come together and celebrate their efforts,” Ms Connor said.
“To see another 21 of our agents inducted into the Masters Club was outstanding. Agents who achieve this status demonstrate absolute commitment to their clients, embrace technology and training, and above all, drive to be the best no matter the circumstance.
“We also saw 83 agents attain ‘Elite’ status, and 30 ‘Premier’, which are other standings dedicated to recognising outstanding performance on an individual basis. My sincere congratulations to all who reached one of these levels, or who were presented with an award at one of the events.”
In addition to those who were recognised with Masters, Elite or Premier status, 313 awards were presented across the awards season, demonstrating the outstanding calibre of the Elders Real Estate network.
Multiple service awards were also celebrated at this year’s events for some of the longest-serving team members, including 45 years for Arn Grealy, 35 years for Richard Gemmell, and 30 years for Tony Polistina, Sam Polistina and Nick Bardon.
Elders this year celebrates 185 years of serving Australian communities, and has a proven track record of excellence in the agribusiness and real estate sectors.
