Elders Real Estate has had another bumper year, building on significant expansion in recent years.
In FY24, the Elders Real Estate team sold over 12,000 properties, at a total value of $8.4 billion and had almost 80,000 properties under management across our franchise and company owned offices.
Elders Real Estate also delivered outstanding financial results in FY24, with a 36 per cent ‘increase in gross margin year-on-year, as a result of growth initiatives and operational efficiencies.
This success was bolstered by 25 new teams joining Elders in key locations across Australia.
Spinks Property Services joined the network in Circular Head, Tasmania, along with the five-office group formerly known as Knight Frank Tasmania, confirming Elders’ intent to grow the Elders commercial real estate business across capital cities and major regional centres. The well-established franchise office in Burnie also joined the company network.
In Queensland, Elders expanded its reach into strategic regions of Townsville and Gladstone, and welcomed new owners to the Jimboomba office this month.
New South Wales saw the addition of the well-known Ray White Tamworth team in addition to offices in Alstonville, Wyoming, Gloucester, Dungog, and Wagga Wagga. The Elders Lifestyle Group expanded their office network into Ballina and Wooli, and the team from Andrew McDonald Commercial also came on board, bolstering the offering in Dubbo, which now spans residential, rural and commercial real estate.
In South Australia and Western Australia, Calaby Real Estate and Just Property Management have expanded Elders’ offerings in Clare and Bunbury respectively.
Victoria also saw a number of well-established businesses join the team, namely Charles Stewart & Co, Delaney Livestock and Property and Mark Flagg Livestock and Property.
Elders General Manager Brand and Residential Real Estate Belinda Connor said the new offices have enabled Elders Real Estate to offer a greater depth of service to clients.
“This is a really exciting time for Elders Real Estate, and we are so pleased to have brought these new businesses and teams on board,” Ms Connor said.
“These milestones, which are in line with our strategic objective to expand our real estate business into key locations, emphasise our dedication to growth and innovation, strengthening Elders’ position as a leader in real estate and property services.
“We are fortunate to have these new teams on board to help us expand our offering. Attracted to Elders as a leading national network in both residential and rural real estate, these outstanding businesses and their people are a perfect fit for our values and culture.”
These milestones come alongside a full rebrand for the Elders residential real estate network, equipping offices and agents with a modern, flexible toolkit of property, agent, and brand materials. The new branding and materials position Elders Real Estate for further growth into the future.
