Elders Acquires Ray White Tamworth

Elders is excited to be expanding their footprint, with the acquisition of one of NSW’s most respected names in real estate and livestock agency, Ray White Tamworth, commencing 1 November 2024.

Ray White Tamworth and its 28 staff members will be fully integrated into the Elders business operating as ‘Elders Real Estate Tamworth’ from their existing location at 247 Peel St, Tamworth. The acquisition brings together Elders’ extensive rural expertise with Ray White Tamworth’s exceptional reputation in residential, rural, commercial real estate, property management, and livestock services.

Ray White Tamworth Director, Mal Campbell, expressed his excitement to be joining the Elders network saying, “This move allows us to leverage our collective strengths and offer an even higher level of service to the Tamworth community.”

Livestock Agency Directors Scott Simshauser and Simon Rafferty said they are looking forward to the growth opportunities this will enable.

“Joining Elders will be a perfect fit for both of us. Elders’ culture is second to none and will allow us to continue to take our business forward and add further value to our clients in the Tamworth region.”

Ryan Robinson, Elders State General Manager NSW, welcomed the exciting addition, citing the team’s reputation for top-tier service and their established roots in the Tamworth community.

“We are thrilled to have Malcolm, Riley, Scott, Simon, and their team join the Elders network,” he said.

“The aligned cultures of Elders and Ray White Tamworth will support a smooth transition for  clients and employees. The acquisition adds to our existing footprint in Tamworth, but also fills an important strategic gap for us.

“Ray White Tamworth is very well-respected within the community, and I have confidence that with their experienced and dedicated team, the office will thrive and continue to provide unparalleled service to customers.”

Elders Real Estate is experiencing remarkable growth this year, further solidifying its status as a leading player in Australia’s real estate sector. 17 new offices have opened year to date, reflecting a clear demand for Elders’ trusted approach to real estate across both residential, rural and commercial markets. “We are excited about the continued growth of our footprint in both metro and regional Australia,” said Belinda Connor, General Manager Residential Real Estate and Brand.
