Elders is proud to announce the addition of two new offices in Gloucester and Dungog. Led by Director Andrew Tregent, with 2 highly experienced teams, they bring a deep connection to the local communities they serve, now in red. Andrew himself has 27 years in the industry and began his real estate career at the age of 17. With a proven history of leadership, having been the youngest-ever franchisee for another major real estate network at just 21.
Belinda Connor, General Manager of Residential Real Estate Manager and Brand, says that the team will be a welcome addition to the local network to specifically broaden and enhance the service that Elders offer in NSW.
“Andrew and the team are specialists in both residential and rural sales and property management. Their presence across the lower Mid North Coast area in NSW has been built by their dedicated and customer-focussed team who will be a natural fit with Elders with a keen focus on servicing local and regional communities,” says Mrs Connor.
The Gloucester office (originally known as Webbs Real Estate) is one of the largest rural and livestock agencies in the district and has a long-standing 43-year reputation in the region. Now under the Elders brand, the Gloucester office continues to offer expert residential, rural, and property management services, supported by a dedicated team of six local professionals. With deep community involvement in the Gloucester District Show and the Tennis Club, these partnerships reflect the office’s commitment to fostering a strong community spirit.
The Gloucester area, known for its rich agricultural heritage and popular lifestyle properties, benefits from the office’s focus on providing tailored real estate solutions. The region’s proximity to Newcastle, the Central Coast, and the World Heritage-listed Barrington Tops National Park makes it an attractive destination for lifestyle buyers seeking hobby farms and rural retreats.
In addition to Gloucester, the Dungog office, was established two years ago, offering residential and rural sales and property management services, catering to a growing population drawn to the area’s historic charm and proximity to the thriving Maitland region. The local agents within the Dungog office are deeply embedded in the community, actively supporting local events such as the Dungog Show and Ride Dungog.
“The decision to join Elders was driven by the desire for a greater product offering to give our clients and better corporate support in the rural sector, which Elders is uniquely positioned to provide. The opportunity to leverage Elders’ extensive resources and focus on rural real estate will allow us to better serve our clients” said Andrew.
Both offices will continue to operate with the same trusted teams under the new Elders branding, ensuring continuity for clients while benefiting from the expanded services and support that Elders offers. The transition underscores their commitment to providing top-tier real estate services while remaining deeply rooted in the local communities.
