The Elders Annual Awards season has come to close with record numbers in attendance to celebrate the achievements of their peers across the country for 2022. Thanks to an incredible year, Elders introduced a new top agent recognition category. Twenty three agents were awarded Masters Club admission, which is a new record for Elders. Thirty six were recognised in the new category as Premier agents and seventy five were awarded Elite status.
The Victoria and Tasmanian annual awards kicked off the festivities on 4 March. Held at Victoria’s ‘Cargo Hall’ and MC’d by the fantastic Rik Rushton.
WA held its event on 10 March at Perth’s ‘Crown Casino’, with 110 attendees celebrating together. Aaron Shiner did a fantastic job of MCing the Queensland and Northern NSW at the ‘Rydges South Bank’ the following day to a crowd of 175.
The NSW and ACT awards followed suit at Darling Island Wharf’s ‘Doltone House’ on 18 March with our largest number of attendees at a single award night nationally. And South Australia brought up the rear with 164 attendees at a fantastic event at SkyCity on 24 March MC’d by Jess Adamson.
An impressive 23 agents were admitted into the exclusive Masters Club, which is the highest number inducted to date. Being inducted into the exclusive Masters Club is the highest honour an Elders agent can achieve. Masters Club agents are the best of the best sales agents across the Elders Network. They represent every State and Territory across both urban and rural sales.
Belinda Connor, General Manager Residential Real Estate and Brand for Elders, explains that Masters Club status is difficult to achieve.
“Our Masters Club group are the top of their field in the Elders network. Agents who achieved this status demonstrate absolute commitment to their clients, embrace technology and training, and above all a drive to be the best no matter the circumstance. They set the benchmark that our entire network should strive for.
“We are so proud of all of our agents, property managers and admin teams and love coming together to celebrate their efforts. The upcoming Elders National Conference GROW in August will be another amazing network event for all to look forward to”
